Never one to take himself too seriously, Dylan’s fun loving nature is evident as you scroll through his feed. However, thanks to his honest, practical advice and thought-provoking posts, Dylan has become one of the most respected voices in the industry.
Dylan was always active as a child and started rowing whilst in high school, it was here that he first discovered structured fitness training and fell in love.

He began teaching group fitness classes and eventually decided to work full time in the industry – a move that has shaped his entire career.
Running his own personal training business for over 10 years, Dylan has worked with a host of models, influencers and celebrities as well as people from all walks of life who are looking to increase their strength and fitness, build muscle and lose weight. Dylan specialises in outdoor training, focusing on body weight and callisthenic exercises.
“We live in such a beautiful country, it’s so easy to make the most of the landscape we have available. Run outdoors, swim, do some body weight exercises at the beach or park. You don’t have to go to a gym to get fit – you can do it anywhere!”
Dylan preaches balance and is all about enjoying life. He doesn’t believe in extremes for himself or his clients, but rather encourages a sustainable approach to training and diet. Most importantly he’s all about falling in love with health and fitness, enjoying exercise and of course, having fun.
Starting his Instagram in 2014, initially as a way to advertise his Bootcamp sessions down at Bondi Beach, Dylan soon attracted a strong following who enjoyed his authentic approach. As his online presence has gone from strength to strength, Dylan has become a regular health and fitness voice in the Australian media having written articles for the likes of Men’s Health, POPSUGAR, News.com.au, Coach, Women’s Fitness, Body + Soul and Sportluxe just to name a few. And… he’s also been named one of Australia’s hottest personal trainers in 2017!
