Swimsuit Model and Travel Influencer
As a travel blogger, who boasts nearly 1 million followers, a swimsuit model (signed with Elite Model Management, London) and a Law and Commerce graduate (majoring in International Criminal Law and Finance, no less), it’s safe to say Sarah Kohan of Moonstruck Traveller is a triple threat.
Self-confessed animal lover, Sydney-born Sarah, describes her Instagram as a personal memoir- a travel blog with a twist. That twist being the wildlife focus, coming to fruition in 2016 during a trip to Tonga with geographic photographer Scott Portelli. He photographed Sarah free-diving with humpback whales and it was these images that catapulted Sarah into international blogger status, reaching 100 000 followers within weeks of posting. Now with upwards of 940 000 followers, Sarah credits this unique wildlife focus, incredible travel content, inspiration and escapism as the secret to her success.
Splitting her time between Hawaii, London, Los Angeles and Miami, Sarah wants to inspire people to travel and encourage them to be more compassionate and see the world in different ways, ultimately with an animal-focussed, travel TV show in the future. Sarah has worked with major brands, from Billabong, to Luli Fama, Frankies Bikinis and Copper & Zinc, has graced the cover of Women’s Health Magazine in the UK, and walked for KAOH Swim, Lolli Swim and ISHINE365 at the highly-coveted Miami Swim Week.
When she’s not modelling, she’s working with wildlife sanctuaries and conservation programs throughout the world, is an SLS Hotels ambassador, and regularly collaborates with the Four Seasons, InterContinental and Nobu Hotels.
A YouTube channel and numerous TV show pilots are on the horizon, as is a potential internship at the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands… We dare say a triple threat might be an understatement.
